| Answer To Question 5: Pastoral support is provided pre-arrival and includes a pre-arrival call to talk through key information eg travel plans, finances and guidance on what to bring to the UK. Post arrival pastoral support includes meet and greet at their accommodation, a comprehensive welcome pack containing information about the hospital, local area, maps, an employment letter to open a bank account, basic groceries, a gift voucher and orientation of city centre. | |
