Answer To Question 2:
As part of the implementation project training was provided to relevant staff, it was not mandated training per say, it was delivered as a project roll out.
Training is given to relevant staff when they start a new role but no mandatory routine training is expected
The PEP is supported by the Digital team.
PEP is used for a range of activities as standard practice and thus yes, you could argue it is mandated given it is part of the workflow now.
