Question Number 2: Procedure Breakdown Please indicate how many procedures each of these products was used in, broken down by procedure category, for the same time period. In particular, please categorise procedures under the following headings (or closest applicable equivalents): Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis Other Orthopedic Procedures Format Request Ideally, the data should be presented in a matrix or tabular format, such as: Month Procedure Type Stimulan (Units / Procedures) Genex (Units / Procedures) Cerament BVF (Units / Procedures) Cerament G (Units / Procedures) Cerament V (Units / Procedures) Jan-21 Diabetic Foot Jan-21 Osteomyelitis Jan-21 Other Orthopedics
Answer To Question 2: Information not stored in a reportable format. We do not record the bone void filler used on our electronic systems and it would take more than 18 hours to review the paper notes of over 2,200 patients recorded on the NJR over the past 4 years. In addition, there are other procedures which used bone void filler which are not logged on the NJR (Osteomyelitis and diabetic foot for example will not be on the NJR) which we would be unable to identify. Please see exemption notice attached.
