| Answer To Question 3: No patients started IVF privately that was paid for by the Trust in any of these years. | |

| Answer To Question 4: It is unclear as to what the question refers to but we are the provider of assisted conception treatments and we do not use any private providers for this. No response to email sent 11/06/2025 with request for clarification | |

| Answer To Question 5: The cost of private treatment is determined by and tailored to the clinical needs of the patient. As such there is not an average cost of private treatment per patient. | |
